- Out of Bounds defined by white stakes.
- Penalty Area defined by red stakes.
- All ditches are penalty areas.
- Flower beds and decorative beds are considered ground under repair.
- Keep pace and allow faster golfers through.
- Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to operate golf carts on Pike Run property.
